Bike + Bites

Are you ready for a unique culinary experience? We love traveling — and day trips have a fond place in our hearts. Excursions always create great, lasting memories.

Chef Paul Turano of Arlington’s Tryst restaurant has partnered with Quad Cycles, Wilson Farm and Turtle Creek Winery to bring you a totally unique dining experience — a culinary bike tour.

The one-day adventure will include a 17-mile bike ride, including stops at some of the best local food and wine purveyors. The bike trip will be led by Kurt Johnson, owner of Quad Cycles. The first stop will be in Lexington at the fabulous Wilson Farm. Chef Turano will select ingredients for the 3-course dinner to be held at Tryst later that day. The adventure will continue on to Lincoln for an exclusive, private wine tasting at Turtle Creek Winery. Finally, you can rest your feet as you enjoy a cozy dinner at Tryst with your newfound friends.

Bikes + Bites, October 16, 11:00am-6:00pm, $30 (includes tour of Wilson Farm, wine tasting at Turtle Creek Winery and dinner at Tryst), an extra $15 for bike and equipment rental. RSVP is mandatory and can be made by calling Tryst at (781) 641-2227.
