SMFA Art Sale

3 Julia Cseko

Julia Cseko, Color Study #1, 2014. Acrylic on canvas. 13×13 inches.

We love discovering new artists. The upcoming sale at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (SMFA) features work from both emerging and established artists, and includes pieces from students, alumni, affiliated artists, and faculty. Artworks are priced by the artist, with the profits split 50/50 with the school. The portion earned by the school will fund resources and scholarships for SMFA students.

The SMFA Art Sale runs from November 20-23, with a special opening celebration with music and a cash bar on November 20 from 5-8pm. The pieces on view will rotate daily, and the eclectic mix will include paintings, drawings, prints, scultures, photography, jewelry, and digital videos. Sounds like a great opportunity to find something unique to adorn that blank wall or fit under the Christmas tree! See a few featured works below, and for more information, visit the SMFA website.
