Camping on the Boston Harbor Islands

Boston Harbor Islands Camping Trip

Have you been to the Boston Harbor Islands? In my opinion, a visit to these shores is one of the best ways to see the city! The views of Boston (especially from Lovells Island) are beautiful, and you are able to experience a different side of the city on these rocky islands. This past January, he secured a camping spot on Lovells Island. Along with a group of friends, we headed to Lovells Island (via Georges Island) a few weekends ago.

Unfortunately, something came up at the last minute, and I wasn’t able to spend the night, but my husband and our group of friends had the best time. I definitely hope to make it for an overnight trip next summer — if you like camping, it’s a must-do for your bucket list.

I shared some tips on how to secure a camping spot, and details on our adventure over on my personal blog, if you are interested in learning more.

I got so inspired by your instagram (and it has been on my summer wish list for quite some time already) that I book a spot 2 weeks ago. I was on Peddocks Island, and it was great! Thanks for inspiring/pushing me to do this! I posted a few pics on my blog,
