When I was pregnant with Milo, I went to prenatal yoga at Radiant Yoga in South Boston. I looked forward to the weekly class with great anticipation. Taking a moment to soothe my growing body and calm my mind while connecting with other pregnant mamas-to-be was something I really appreciated – and frankly, needed.

Fast forward a few months, and I’ve found myself back on the mat at Radiant, but this time with a baby in tow. I’m now four months postpartum and the Mommy & Me class is exactly what I need right now. It feels so good to flow, breathe deeply and strike a balance (both literally and figuratively).

I really cherish the friendships I’ve made in the class and savor the self-care time. And, there’s nothing sweeter than looking at my buddy from across the mat.

We’ve found prenatal and post-natal yoga classes at Radiant Yoga, Beacon Hill Yoga, and Coolidge Corner Yoga.
