Saloon & Bully Boy Host Locally Inspired Cocktails & Cuisine


Join Saloon’s Beverage Director, Manny Gonzales, Chef Derek Clough, and the founders of Bully Boy Distillers, brothers Will and Dave Willis, for a four course dinner, paired with five cocktails (!) on Tuesday, July 23. Chef Clough has created a menu using Bully Boy cocktails as an inspiration. The menu looks incredible and seriously creative. For instance, the third course features a pork shoulder with orange brine, spicy pickled apricot and hazelnut butter paired with a Bully Boy American Oak Aged Whiskey with Melite Amaro, Gran Classico, and Bitters Roasted. Wow!
