‘Future of Junk Food’ Pop-Up Dinner with Kitchensurfing

What is your favorite junk food? We all have certain items that we crave even if we don’t understand the ingredient list. Personally, I’ve always had a soft spot for Drake’s Devil Dogs – perhaps more for the nostalgia factor than anything else. It can be fun to experiment by making variations of favorite junk foods at home – and finding them on a menu while dining out is always a treat.

On March 28, KitchensurfingRevere Hotel and Chefs Samuel Monsour and Mark O’Leary will host a pop-up dinner with the intention of bringing junk food into the future. The chefs will recreate some of the most iconic and beloved junk food items using whole, nutrient-dense ingredients.

The pop-up dinner will consist of seven courses (!) and cocktails to match. There will be two seatings – at 6 pm and 9 pm. The dinner is the first in a six-part pop-up series, so be on the look out for upcoming dinners throughout the year.
