TEDx Fenway: Grit

The central theme of this year’s TEDx Fenway is GRIT – the quality that allows people to rise above difficult circumstances, giving them strength and endurance. The talks will focus on people who persevered to realize their dreams, including diverse stories such as creating art while dealing with Multiple Sclerosis and starting a youth orchestra in an underserved community. Mark your calendars – the event is on Tuesday, April 29. For more information, visit the TEDx Fenway website or connect with them on facebook and twitter.

A few weeks ago, the organizers of the event put out a call for submissions, looking for one more voice to add to TEDx Fenway. The finalists will tell their stories about grit at PreTEDx Fenway, held at the Gardner Museum on March 31, from 6:30-8:30 pm. Click here to learn more about the finalists. You can register for tickets by making a donation to the event on the eventbrite page. We are looking forward to hearing from the finalists – it’s sure to be an inspiring evening!
