Boston’s proximity to the water is especially relevant as spring edges closer and brings us more fresh produce, dairy – and of course, seafood.

This weekend, as we welcome May (!), join Island Creek Oyster Bar for Merroir & Terroir 2.0, the quarterly oyster and wine culture event. ICO’s own oysteress, Dana Hale, and general manager, Tom Schlesigner-Guidelli will lead the discussion as guests explore the world of oysters.

As guests enjoy a variety of oysters from around the country, they will learn about the differences between classic and next generation oyster farming and winemaking.
