Earls Kitchen + Bar Bringing Inventive Cocktails to Somerville
Last month, we had the opportunity to meet Cameron Bogue, an internationally recognized mixologist who leads the beverage program at Earls Kitchen + Bar, and sample a few of his concoctions. Earls has 65 locations in Canada and the United States, but in spite of their size, they are dedicated to using only fresh squeezed juices and in-house handmade syrups. In addition to fresh (and delicious) ingredients, the drinks at Earls are pretty darn inventive. One of our favorites was the Cabin Fever – a mix of Crown Royal, Tawny Port, Ginger, Pineapple, Fresh Lemon, and Moondog Bitters – served in a camping mug and crowned with a pinecone.
This September, Earls will make its Northeast debut as they open their doors at Assembly Row in Somerville. We can’t wait to explore teh full cocktail menu!
Earls Kitchen + Bar will be open daily for lunch, dinner and cocktails and for weekend brunch. For more information, please visit: www.earlsrestaurants.com. Follow Earls Kitchen + Bar at Assembly Row on Facebook and Twitter.
