We are lucky to have so many amazing universities, museums, music groups, and artists in Boston – it feels like there is always something new to explore! Next Monday, October 13, the Fenway Cultural District┬áis opening its doors, with special events and free admission to some of the city’s most inspiring cultural institutions. The day will be full of activities, tours, and talks, starting at 9:30am and ending at 5pm. Highlights include a community mural painting by local artist Alex Cook, who will be inviting passerby to join in, a cymbal jungle, and public art installations. There is plenty to tempt both adults and kids – what a great way to spend a day┬áin the city!
