Dinner Lab Launches in Boston
The food scene is alive and well in Boston. In this coming year, a long list of new restaurants are opening and new trends are popping up all over town. Rising chefs are flexing their entrepreneurial muscle, as many embark on passion projects that put them in the chef/owner seat.
Along with new restaurants come new platforms that provide a way for chefs to bring their recipes to life. One of these platforms, Dinner Lab, which has a presence in many cities around the country, launched in Boston earlier this winter. As a members-only culinary pop-up, Dinner Lab puts up-and-coming chefs in the spotlight. Founder and chief operating officer Paco Robert and his team hunt for the perfect unique venue for each dinner, which is released to diners only 24 hours before the event. Communal tables add to the ambiance and create the perfect environment for mingling and meeting new people. How fun!
You can become a member online and find out more information about Dinner Lab’s inaugural dinner, taking place on February 20. The membership fee is $175, and gives you access to purchase tickets for upcoming events that interest you based upon chef and menu. Individual dinner tickets range from $45-65.
