Meet Our Newest Contributor: Jaime Ganson
We are thrilled to welcome Jaime Ganson to The Boston Day Book team. As a fellow South Boston resident, Jaime is always uncovering interesting things to do in the city and shares great lifestyle posts on her blog, La Vie Jaime. Jaime will be contributing day trip ideas for all of the amazing places within a drive’s distance from Boston. Welcome, Jaime!
To introduce Jaime to The Boston Day Book community, we opted to have a little informal interview. Enjoy!
How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Loyal, kind, a good friend, a loud talker!
12 hours in Boston – what do you do?
Get brunch at Stella (highly recommend the “carbonara”). Stroll from the South End through to Back Bay & Newbury Street for window shopping. Head over to the MFA to see the newest exhibition. Dinner at a local Italian restaurant, Porto Bello’s, in Southie (better than the North End!).
What do you consider to be Boston’s best kept secret?
The restaurants in general I think are underrated at times (though maybe not so many anymore since Top Chef has filmed here).
Tell us a little bit about your blog, La vie Jaime!
My blog is lifestyle blog where I chronicle my life and fun things around Boston. While I wish I could give it more attention these days, I love posting when I can and being part of the Boston bloggers community!
