The Weekender: March 13-15

weekender

Happy almost weekend! I’m looking forward to a weekend filled to the brim with relaxation. Whatever you do, make it a good one. Here are a few suggestions for the next few days.

A Pop-up Launch at West Elm. You may recall when we wrote about Bash Studio‘s latest project, The Everyday Napkin? Celebrate Kathryn’s new venture at West Elm on Saturday. The event is free; RSVP here! PS – there will be doughnuts!

Iceland Calls.  Taste the nature, food, and culture of Iceland with this weekend’s Taste of Iceland. The festival, which spans several days, will include a film festival, Icelandic-themed menus across the city, and a concert at The Middle East on Saturday night.

Go Green. The famous St. Patrick’s Day Parade hits the streets of South Boston this Sunday. Check out the route here.

Marching Band. This Sunday, the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra is going on a parade! The afternoon will be filled with entertainment, music, and activities for every age. For more information, please go here.

Do you have an upcoming event that you’d like to see listed on The Weekender? To be considered, send us a note at info@thebostondaybook.com. Have a wonderful weekend!
