Sometimes the simplest things are the best. Today’s Thursday Crush is Dang Coconut Chips – if you love coconut, you might find these addictive! The only ingredients are coconut, sugar, and salt. The slices of coconut are just thick enough that they give satisfying crunch, and I love them on their own, or on top of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt… you get the idea!

The founder, Vincent Kitirattragarn, first made the coconut chips as a component of a Thai recipe from his mother. When he tasted them, he had to find out more, and the company, named after his mother, Dang, was born. When you taste them, you might become obsessed too!
