Wellness Retreat on Martha’s Vineyard
This June, Martha’s Vineyard-based wellness expert Emily Phillips is teaming up with former Red Sox nutritionist, Tara Mardigan, and yoga teacher, Amy Leydon, to offer a Re-Boot Wellness retreat. The three-day retreat is designed to teach participants how to eat and move more intelligently, and will include locally sourced organic meals, fitness classes, guided beach walks, and nutrition consultations.
