The Weekender: December 4-6

weekender

Happy Friday! It’s hard to believe that it’s December already. It looks like this weekend will be sunny and mild – I hope to get some good walks in. The baby seems to like strolling over all the bumpy bricks in my Beacon Hill neighborhood. Here are a few fun things going on this weekend:

Local Art. The MassArt Holiday Sale begins this Sunday! Extending through December 12, the event features work from alumni and students, and includes a wide range of material, from oil painting to blown glass. More info here.

Crafts Under the Tree. The SoWa Market is back this weekend, with their three day Chrismukkah event, featuring local artisans, the vintage market, and favorite food trucks. More details on their website.

The Sound of the Season. The Holiday Pops are performing throughout December, with favorite songs, sing-alongs, and appearances from Santa. Find out more.

City Lights. The holiday lights are here! These twinkly beauties make evening walks that much more enticing.

Do you have an upcoming event that you’d like to see listed on The Weekender? To be considered, send us a note at info@thebostondaybook.com. Have a wonderful weekend!
