The Weekender: November 18-20
I’m so happy it’s the weekend! I just returned home from two weeks in Europe, where we introduced Milo to his great-grandfather. It was so special, but tiring for sure. Hope you enjoy these next few days, and find time for a little relaxation, too.
TownPool Pops Up. The Nantucket shop is now open in the Back Bay at 899 Boylston Street for the holiday season. It’s a great place to browse for unique gifts, plus check out the nine-hole mini golf course at the back of the store!
Gallery Opening. This evening, local fine art wedding and lifestyle photographer, Elizabeth LaDuca will debut her latest collection of photography and paintings, inspired by a recent trip to Iceland. Guests will enjoy craft beer from TrueWest Brewery and snacks from Mill City Cheesemongers. RSVP and more information available here.
Holiday Party! If you need an excuse to leave the city this weekend, put Sudbury’s Laurel Grove boutique as your destination. The home boutique featuring reclaimed and custom furniture, home decor, and artisan products from local makers (including a personal favorite, The Everyday Napkin Co.) is celebrating their one year anniversary with a holiday party. More information here.
Home Decor Show. As we begin to spend more time indoors, it’s nice to look around and take stock of your home decor. Even if you’re not looking to redecorate, it’s always fun to feel inspired. Check out this weekend’s 2nd Annual Boston Home Decor Show to browse fine art and design, modern and contemporary furnishings, and more.
