Free Concerts, and enjoying Summer in the City
It’s almost summer! With the dose of warm weather coming our way this weekend, and a few summer event series starting up this week, we are getting excited for the next few months. Boston is a wonderful place to be no matter the season, but every summer we are amazed by how many free outdoor concerts there are in all corners of the city.
One of our favorite things about summer in Boston is Berklee’s Summer in City concert series, with 400 free shows all around the city from now through late September. There is so much amazing talent at Berklee and enjoying performances from these wonderful local performers while soaking up the warm summer breeze is pretty much the best. Take a look at the series here — the listing can be browsed by date or by venue.
This week also kicks off the Summer in the City series at the Boston Harbor Hotel! Such an absolutely gorgeous spot. The calendar includes Pop-Soul Tuesdays, Rat Pack Wednesdays, Blues Barge Thursdays, and Friday Movies by Moonlight. (Music is 6-10pm, while movies begin at dusk.) See at the full schedule here.
P.S. There are lots of free summer workouts too!
