Delicious Snacks with PRANA
We are on the go a lot these days, and even when we are home, chasing after toddlers doesn’t leave a lot of time for complicated snacks. That’s why we were excited to collaborate with PRANA on a blog post — their mission is to produce good food simply by using the best ingredients, while being socially and environmentally responsible. Such a great aim! Started in Canada in 2005, the family-run company has recently launched in the US, and we are so excited to see them on store shelves.
Their snacks include nuts, seeds, dried fruits, trail mix, coconut chips, and treats like chocolate bark — everything is organic, kosher, vegan, gluten-free, gmo-free, and preservative-free. PRANA also sells ingredients like chia seeds, grated coconut, and raw cacao powder for you to create your own healthy treats.
I sampled some chocolate bark, an amazing chocolate and nut trail mix, and maple amandine. The amandine might have been my favorite — but everything was so good! I love having a snack in the cupboard that feels both indulgent and healthy.
Have you tried PRANA snacks?
This post is in collaboration with PRANA Organic, a brand that we really like. As always, all opinions are our own. Thank you for reading The Boston Day Book!
